Your Scheduled Trips
Clients and their care providers can check scheduled trips and which vendor is picking them up, their contact number, and their pickup time.
Soon, you’ll be able to schedule trips, as well!
To see your upcoming trip information, enter your Client ID number (ProviderOne ID), your date of birth, and click the “Get Info” button. Note: Your ride info may not show up until the day before your trip.
